Coach Davis-Delgado is in her fifth season with the program. This season she serves as the lead sprint coach. In addition to sprints, she assists with relays and hurdles. Through her professional experience as a fitness and weight training coach, she interfaces with all student-athletes in the sports performance aspect of the program.
Coach Davis-Delgado is a graduate of Dorsey High School in Los Angeles, CA where she competed in the 200, 400 300 hurdles and was a member of the 4x400 relay team.. She is a Level 1 Certified Coach and Official through USATF, the governing body for track and field in the United States of America.
In 2007, she began coaching at the youth club level as an assistant coach for two USATF youth track clubs. Her club experience spanned eight years and positioned her well to work with Olympian's athletes.
She has a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. Coach Davis-Delgado is a Certified Fitness Trainer holding certifications in Techniques of Weight Training, Nutrition for Athletes and Prevention and Care of Athletic Injuries.
